Frank E. Hamilton
IBM inventor of punched card and computing machinery who made significant contributions to the Harvard Mark I (ASCC) and the IBM SSEC and 650.

Francis (Frank) E. Hamilton was born in 1898. He joined CTR (a predecessor of IBM) in 1923 as a draftsman. Hamilton became manager of IBM's Endicott Laboratory in 1954. He died in 1972. (THVV 2013)
