Harlan D. Mills
IBM innovator and documenter of software productivity techniques, such as the "clean room " concept; leader of the Time/Life project for IBM in which he tested his software development techniques, and which had an extremely low error rate after years of installation.
Harlan Mills was born May 14, 1919 and died January 8, 1996 (MRW, 2012)
